Official Announcement.

Well. That's it. Done, Finished. New cover, complete. Only a month or more until the official release of "Under Dark Skies"
The Eighteenth of October is a significant date that marks the official release of my nineteenth novel. This upcoming book holds a special place in my heart as it represents a milestone in my writing career. While some may argue that I have written more than nineteen books, the truth is that most of my works consist of short story collections. My journey as a writer began with magazine publications and crafting short tales that captivated readers. As a result, many of my early novels were a compilation of these short stories, woven together to form cohesive narratives. Despite the initial challenges of transitioning from short stories to full-length novels, I was fortunate enough to receive positive feedback from readers who appreciated my unique storytelling style. And so, I present to you my new novel. Lol- or at least I do when it gets to the eighteenth of October.
And so Here is "Under Dark Skies" a standalone novel. Though you could confuse it with my many "Kilmartin" tales as it is set in similar surroundings.

The Blurb;

This land is ancient, steeped in myth and history. Monsters, sleeping, wake. Ghosts stalk the land. Stories, legends, become real and even the warmest of loves can be shattered on the cold rock of Argyll. I woke one day, Under Dark Skies, my hand on his belly, his taste on my tongue and knew that I would love him forever but sometimes Forever does not last that long.

Under Dark Skies. A monstrous read, perfect for a winter's night. Don’t make any assumptions. Five Stars. Anne Welsh. “The Corbie Times”

Under Dark Skies. Is; all I hoped it would be. A remarkable story. Authentic characters and history. Bernard Cornwall. Author. Historian.

Under Dark Skies we live, Under Dark Skies we wake and sleep and Under Dark Skies we die.

You can buy my new novel on the eighteenth of October this year on Amazon and in all good bookshops.

I hope that you like it.

Ray.
