I suppose that we all "Walk The Crow Road"

Everyone in thier own way is marching towards thier doom. Some do so by smoking, drinking, eating red meat, others test thier mortality with extreme sports. In the end it really does not matter if you are fat, a smoker, a drinker or a health freak; you will die anyway. We all do. Yet were we to be offered the choice of a cream bun or another year alive, I would chose the Latter, All but the most sugar besotted wretch would. The days have passed when we hoped for an afterlife, pleasant though that Idea seems, Science has reformed our thoughts. I love the people that cling to religion and wish that I could myself but alas, I cannot. Instead I sit at my computer and write of love and romance, horror, and many other fictions. wishing that salvation was around the corner.

What’s New With Raymond Walker

Mid May 2025 will see the release of "The Pale Shadow" . An unusual ghost story. Raymond wishes this to be a quiet release as it follows the story of an earlier (deleted) book that he wished to improve.

"The Dark Kind" will follow before the end of this year (2025) a completely new novel and an ending to all of the river tales.  It will be hearalded, Proclaimed and advertised as both the publishers and public are awaiting a conclusion to "The dead girl and the wandering tree".  After that will come "Sad Green Eyes" around may 2026. Then...who knows.
